SUMMARY:Supporting the next generation:  inter-generational mentoring - how "the old" can mentor "the young".
DESCRIPTION:The MACIE (Mentoring And Coaching In Education) research group have undertaken extensive research into mentoring\, and what works well when mentoring relationships are successful. In this interactive workshop session we will take you through what we have learnt from our research into mentoring in education settings\, and apply it to real life situations that you can use in your everyday interactions. More specifically it’s about how “the old” can best go about helping “the young”.
